Job summary

Olsson is hiring a Licensed Civil Engineer in Phoenix to independently perform engineering and project management duties on land development projects from conception to completion.

You will process design calculations, help develop project scopes and schedules, and travel to job sites to observe work and ensure quality. A PE license is required, with at least 4 years of related experience and proficiency in Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• Minimum of 4 years of civil engineering experience.
• Proficient with Civil 3D software and design tools.
• Registered professional engineer (PE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering duties for land development projects from conception to completion.
• Process design calculations and assist with project scopes and schedules.
• Travel to job sites for observation and quality checks.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients on progress and changes.
• Support supervision and technical guidance to junior staff.
