Qualifications

• Five years of experience in civil engineering, construction management, or project management on highways and bridges.
• Experience with Federal Highway Administration projects and standards.
• Familiarity with government project procedures and approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes of work and performance work statements.
• Support planning, directing, and coordinating design and construction activities.
• Provide technical guidance to clients for project execution.
• Prepare cost estimates and review contractor proposals.
• Ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements.
