Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer to perform engineering and project management duties on land development projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities include design calculations, scope/schedule development, and site observation.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, 4–8 years of related experience, and a PE license. Proficiency in Civil 3D is required, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• 4 to 8 years of related civil engineering experience.
• Proficient in Civil 3D software.
• Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE).

Responsibilities

• Performs engineering duties for evaluating, designing, and constructing site plans.
• Assist with project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare design calculations and cost estimates.
• Coordinate design aspects with project managers and clients.
• Enter and maintain project information in the project management system.
• Supervise less experienced staff where needed.
• Travel to job sites for observation and data collection.
