Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer license in WA or equivalent in another state; eligibility to obtain WA PE within 6 months.
• Engineer-in-Training registration or ability to obtain within 60 days; good physical/mental fitness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, research, plan and design municipal structures and systems.
• Review development plans and/or lead Civil Engineer I’s or staff on projects.
• Review and stamp work performed by unlicensed engineers; may supervise temporary/seasonal staff.

Registration as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT)

PMP certification
