HCO Behavioral Health Services is seekingLicensed Mental Health Professionals to deliver faith-integrated counseling through a secure telehealth platform. This Independent Contractor (1099) role supports Christians seeking ethical, clinically sound care from individuals, adolescents, couples, and families.

The practice emphasizes flexible scheduling and autonomy while providing administrative support, scheduling, billing, and a collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted licensure in the U.S. as a mental health professional (LPC/LPCC/LCPC/LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist).
• Good standing with licensing board.
• Malpractice insurance (or ability to obtain prior to starting).
• Eligible to provide telehealth services and maintain professional documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, family, and/or adolescent counseling via secure telehealth.
• Integrate faith-based principles when requested and clinically appropriate.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and required documentation.
• Utilize evidence-based therapies while respecting clients' beliefs and goals.
• Maintain ethical, legal, and professional practice standards.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development.

HCO Behavioral Health Services and Elevate Healthcare Group are expanding our Christian Counseling program and are seeking compassionate, clinically skilled Licensed Mental Health Professionals who desire to thoughtfully integrate Christian faith into evidence-based counseling.

This opportunity is ideal for licensed therapists who believe emotional healing and spiritual growth can work together and who are passionate about providing ethical, clinically sound, Christ-centered counseling to individuals, adolescents, couples, and families seeking faith-integrated care.

Providers have the flexibility to create their own schedules while delivering counseling services through our secure telehealth platform while helping clients experience healing emotionally, mentally, relationally, and spiritually.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, family, and/or adolescent counseling services via secure telehealth.
• Integrate Christian faith and Biblical principles into counseling sessions when requested by clients and clinically appropriate.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and required clinical documentation.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions while respecting each client's spiritual beliefs and treatment goals.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice.
• Collaborate with other providers and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in team meetings, consultation, and ongoing professional development opportunities as appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must possess one of the following active, unrestricted licenses in their state of practice:

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LMHC, or equivalent)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
• Other independently licensed behavioral health professionals

Applicants must also:

• Be in good standing with their licensing board.
• Possess malpractice insurance (or obtain prior to beginning services).
• Be eligible to provide telehealth services.
• Have excellent communication, documentation, and clinical decision-making skills.
