Job summary

HCO Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate Board-Certified Christian Counselor to provide faith-based counseling via telehealth. This contract, remote role lets you create your own schedule while delivering evidence-based, spiritually guided care.

You will support clients through life challenges, develop personalized treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation, all within a 100% online services model and Christian framework.

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Christian Counselor (e.g., NCCA or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Christian principles, theology, and their application in counseling.
• Telehealth experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to supporting clients from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, client-centered, Christian faith-based counseling via telehealth.
• Support clients in navigating life challenges while incorporating Biblical principles and spiritual guidance.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans based on their unique needs and spiritual beliefs.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of client sessions.
• Stay current with continuing education and licensure requirements.
