We support clinicians to focus on delivering care by handling scheduling and client services through a dedicated support team.

Responsibilities

• See a minimum of 25 sessions per week with individual, couple, or family appointments as part of a treatment plan development.

• Assess client emotional and psychological needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Engage in a true partnership with clients and, where relevant, grow into leadership or supervisory roles in the future.

• Complete clinical notes within 24 hours of sessions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in case consultation groups.

• Maintain high standards of integrity, adaptability, and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Virginia with one of the following credentials: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC-MH, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).

• Clinicians must be licensed and reside in the state where they practice.

• Experience in a specialty area (e.g., couples therapy, children, trauma) and the ability to work with diverse ages and populations (Behavioral Health Generalists).

• Willingness to work in a team environment and participate in ongoing professional development.

Specialty Preferences

• Experience providing counseling to children and adolescents and/or play therapy is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation up to $111,700 depending on licensure, hours, and bonus opportunities.

• Guaranteed pay and paid orientation.

• PTO and annual pay increases.

• Bonus opportunities and flexible scheduling (open 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m., seven days a week).

• No-Show protection; full clinical caseload typically established within the first 90 days after credentialing.
