Job summary

Thriveworks in Lynchburg, Virginia is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. This role supports our mission to deliver accessible, high-quality care and includes strong clinical teamwork and flexible scheduling.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and compensation up to $60,700 depending on licensure and sessions, with additional bonus opportunities. Candidates must hold Virginia licenses (LCSW, LMFT, LPC or PhD/PsyD) and see a minimum of 25 sessions

Qualifications

• Virginia license required (LCSW, LMFT, LPC or PhD/PsyD).
• Licensed and living in Virginia for practicing in-state.
• Clinicians expected to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• Prior experience in mental health care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions in Lynchburg, VA.
• Complete notes within 24 hours and maintain proper documentation.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Virginia:

• LCSW or LMFT or LPC
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.

Compensation: Up to $60,700 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities
