Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Midlothian, Virginia. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Clinicians must be fully licensed as a Virginia LCSW and live in the state where they practice. Position includes guaranteed pay, paid orientation, PTO, annual pay increases, 401k with a 3% employer match, CEU reimbursement, and access to a supportive team.

Qualifications:

• Qualified candidates need to be fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in Virginia

Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing

Compensation:

Up to $111,700 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities

• Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week

• Self guided determination to complete your notes inside of 24 hours
