Job summary

Thriveworks in Lynchburg, VA is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates.

We welcome LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or licensed clinical psychologists (PhD/PsyD) who reside in Virginia. You will join a clinician-owned national private practice with strong support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for leadership development and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold Virginia independent license (LCSW/LMFT/LPC).
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) also eligible.
• Clinicians must be licensed and reside in the state where they practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face therapy sessions in Lynchburg, VA.
• Maintain documentation and notes within 24 hours.
• Participate in team collaboration and ongoing clinical supervision as needed.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Qualifications

All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Virginia:

• LCSW or LMFT or LPC
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.

Compensation

Up to $111,700 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities

• Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week

• Self guided determination to complete your notes inside of 24 hours
