Ellie Mental Health in Newtown, PA is seeking a skilled therapist for children and adolescents with a flexible remote arrangement combining in-person and Telehealth sessions. The right candidate will join a growing team, manage a 25-session weekly caseload, and have opportunities for leadership growth while enjoying a straightforward compensation package.

The role requires a master’s degree in social work or related field and PA licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or a related behavioral field from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in PA.
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation per policy.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
• Provide customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to serve the community.
• Use creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, school staff, and other Ellie staff.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and training.
