Job summary

Sun City West Village Assisted Living is seeking a Caregiver/Care Partner to support residents with daily living activities and to deliver compassionate, respectful care. You will work across day, evening, and night shifts to ensure safety and well-being.

The role offers flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K with matching, PTO, holiday pay, and development programs.

Qualifications

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state.
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Communicate with residents and staff to ensure comfort and safety.
• Lift/move residents up to 50 pounds independently or with assistance.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
