Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License in California and solid knowledge of Real Estate concepts.
• Proven sales, lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service with responsiveness and client advocacy.
• Familiarity with Los Gatos and Bay Area markets, pricing trends, neighborhoods.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with in-person and remote work.
• Experience with real estate CRM, MLS platforms, and standard office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including contract review and drafting.
• Self-motivated, organized, reliable transportation, and availability for evenings/weekends.
• Prior experience in residential real estate brokerage preferred.
