Qualifications

• Active CA CNA license required.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• CNA training from accredited program and valid CNA certificate number.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident assessment plan.
• Treat residents with kindness, dignity and respect.
• Assist with feeding, grooming, bathing and mobility.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA and facility policies.
