Job summary

Thrivent is seeking an associate to provide licensed financial and non-financial support to the Thrivent Financial Advisors and Clearwater Financial Group. The role focuses on securities and investment advisory products, plus life/health/annuities, while partnering with advisors to meet members’ needs.

Remote position; candidates must reside in Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time Zone. Responsibilities include prospecting, case preparation, and facilitating marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Must be securities registered (Series 7 & 66 or 6 & 63).
• Must be insurance licensed/appointed for sale of life/health and variable products.
• Must be licensed/appointed in all states where support work is performed and willing to complete state training for Long Term Care if required.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation/experience, 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle sensitive communications with members/customers and respond to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Co-present product-specific seminars and workshops as necessary.
• Identify criteria for fund selection and track against indexes (WRAP accounts).
• Counsel and advise members/customers on suitable financial products and investment advisory services.
• Open and complete product applications and assist meeting preparation with Financial Advisors.
• Collaborate with Financial Advisors to assist clients with product changes.
