Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–5 years customer service and sales experience in financial services.
• Life and Health Insurance licenses required within 90 days.
• FINRA SIE required within 90 days.
• FINRA Series 6 required within 90 days.
• FINRA Series 63 or 66 required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Support sales targets and drive growth through client introductions to the right specialists.
• Provide excellent client experience by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
• Execute transactions accurately and compliantly, maintaining risk controls.
• Engage in complex banking conversations and refer to Financial Consultants when appropriate.
