Flagstar Yonkers branch is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant II - Licensed to join our team in Yonkers, NY. This role focuses on delivering best-in-class client experiences, managing client relationships, and facilitating connections to Mortgage and Business Banking experts to meet clients’ financial goals.

The position requires licenses and 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience in financial services, with a focus on compliant sales and knowledgeable product guidance.

Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / GED / Foreign Equivalent.
• Minimum experience required: 4–5 years customer service and sales experience, including in the financial services industry.
• Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures.
• Life and Health Insurance Licenses required within the first 90 days in role.
• FINRA SIE required within 90 days of passing the Life and Health Insurance exam.
• FINRA License Series 6 required within 90 days of passing SIE.
• FINRA Series 63 or Series 66 required within 90 days of passing Series 6 exam.
