Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Licensed Bilingual Medicare Sales & Retention Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our clients through outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, guiding them through plan benefits, and assisting with Medicare enrollments, especially for Spanish-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to current and new policyholders to ensure satisfaction and utilization of benefits.
• Support cross-selling and retention efforts across all divisions of SelectQuote.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in insurance, call center, or remote work environments.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active Accident & Health resident insurance license; if not licensed, must obtain before start date.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to complete AHIP and onboarding requirements on time.
