About The Role

Job Summary:

As part of one of the fastest-growing departments at SelectQuote, agents have a hybrid role combining cross-selling and retention. Supporting all three divisions (Senior, Life, Auto & Home), agents make outbound calls to newly enrolled and existing policyholders to ensure satisfaction and guide them through plan benefits. Bilingual agents will work with Spanish-speaking clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Post-sale calls to current policyholders to ensure satisfaction and guide benefits utilization.

Education and Experience

• Recent insurance, call center, or work-from-home experience required.
• Sales experience beneficial but not necessary.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Resident insurance license (Accident & Health); must obtain if not licensed.
• Ability to complete AHIP and onboarding requirements by deadlines.

Minimum Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Prolonged desk work and high-speed internet with minimum 20 Mbps download/upload speeds.
