Jobot is seeking a permanent Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician to join our nonprofit division in Albuquerque, NM. • Current state license to practice as a Behavioral Health Clinician.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, preferably in behavioral health.
• Experience in high-stress environments, preferably finance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of mental health challenges faced by professionals in finance.
• Ability to develop and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a high caseload.
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse team.

Responsibilities
