Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to help employees manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.
• Develop and implement behavioral health programs tailored to the needs of employees in the finance industry.
• Collaborate with HR and management to create a supportive, mentally healthy work environment.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify employees in distress and provide appropriate support.
• Educate employees and management about mental health, stress management, and self-care.
