Job Details

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Therapist to join our dynamic team in the children\'s behavioral and mental health care industry. This role requires the application of clinical skills within a corporate environment, with an emphasis on mental health and well-being. The successful candidate will be a part of an innovative team that integrates therapeutic practices into the daily operations of our organization.

As a Clinical Therapist, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy to employees dealing with various mental health issues.
• Collaborating with the human resources department to develop and implement mental health programs and initiatives.
• Offering crisis intervention and conflict resolution assistance.
• Conducting assessments to identify issues and create treatment plans.
• Helping employees develop skills to improve their well-being and productivity.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to plan or coordinate treatment.
• Assisting in the creation of policies and procedures that promote mental health in the workplace.
• Providing resources and referrals to outside mental health services when necessary.
• Conducting workshops and seminars on mental health topics relevant to the healthcare industry.

Qualifications

• Master\u2019s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution; candidates actively pursuing a qualifying Master\u2019s degree may also be considered.
• Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC); or eligible for licensure as a Clinical Psychologist with the California Board of Psychology. All registrations must be in good standing.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic processes, and ethics.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
