• Licensed credentials: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (IDFPR).
• Minimum two years of behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic assessments and determines immediate treatment needs.
• Develops and completes treatment plans with patient goals.
• Provides behavioral health therapy to individuals, families, or groups.
• Coordinates with crisis services for high-risk clients.
• Maintains records in accordance with policy and regulations.
• Acts as liaison between community and patient needs; coordinates with agencies and care providers.
