Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
• Active, clear and unrestricted Indiana license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC).

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders.
• Provide treatment for mental health conditions using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based methods.
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date EMRs and clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Contribute to patient growth efforts by creating profiles for online directories and marketing.

Education

Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field

Indiana license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC)
