Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
• Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders
• Provide treatment for mental health conditions using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based methods
• Track treatment response and monitor symptoms and side effects
• Maintain accurate EMR and clinical documentation in compliance with regulations
• Contribute to patient growth by creating profiles for online directories and marketing
