Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and coordinate the work of multidisciplinary staff providing behavioral health treatment services
• Evaluate unit activities and implement changes to improve effectiveness
• Interview, select and hire new staff
• Provide guidance on department goals, policies, and training
• Collaborate with partner agencies to achieve program goals
• Assist in budgeting and reporting on workload statistics and unit methods
