Job summary

County of Riverside seeks a Behavioral Health Services Supervisor for the HHOPE program in Riverside, CA. This role leads multidisciplinary teams delivering housing and behavioral health services to support homelessness reduction.

Applicants must hold a California license (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT) and have at least two years post-licensure experience. Fieldwork and a 9/80 schedule with 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. hours are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid California professional license (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT).
• Two years of post-license experience in behavioral health settings.
• Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent administrative and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered care.
• Ensure program fidelity and compliance with funding requirements.
• Monitor performance through supervision and evaluations.
• Coordinate staffing and field presence to maintain service delivery.
• Oversee HMIS/ELMR/EPIC documentation and reporting.
• Engage with community partners to promote coordinated care.
