Lightfully Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the operations of a specific program, including facilities management, direct care staffing, milieu management, client scheduling, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead and coach Client Care Technicians and Program Coordinators, schedule to census, and manage timecards to ensure accurate hours and compliance. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in a community program are required, with a pay range of $71,000–$89,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field with 24 semester units in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Behavioral Sciences, or Psychiatric Nursing.
• 2+ years full-time work experience in a community program serving clients with mental illness, including 1 year supervising direct care staff.
• Alternative: four years of relevant experience in a community program plus supervision, with high school diploma or GED accepted.

Responsibilities

• Oversees program operations including facilities management, client care staffing, milieu management, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
• Provides supervision, coaching, and performance reviews for Client Care Technicians and Program Coordinators.
• Manages census-based scheduling, payroll timecards, and ensuring overtime and time-off handling.
• Manages vendor relationships and coordinates admissions/transitions with cross-functional teams.
• Maintains client confidentiality, safety, and compliance across Lightfully facilities.
