Qualifications

• Experience providing direct clinical services in behavioral health or mental health settings.
• Proficiency with evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or motivational interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based approaches.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation meeting regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with staff on assessments, intakes, and medical needs.
