Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide direct behavioral health services across home, office, school, and community settings in Southeast and Central Ohio. The role involves biopsychosocial assessments, provisional diagnoses, and individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work or related field.
• Master's degree in counseling, social work or related field preferred.
• Active Ohio license as LSW or LPC required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and provisional diagnoses under supervision.
• Engage individuals and families in home and community settings to identify goals and barriers.
• Provide therapeutic interventions within licensure scope and supervision.
• Develop and update trauma-informed, strengths-based treatment plans.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain timely, accurate, compliant documentation in EHR.
• Travel within designated service area to deliver services.
• Participate in supervision and required trainings.
