Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional to provide care to client employees and dependents in our Health Center in Gainesville, FL. Hours are Monday–Friday dayshift with occasional Saturdays.

You will deliver psychotherapy, diagnose issues, and collaborate with patients on goals, using evidence-based therapies and integrated care in a team setting. Competitive benefits are offered to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or equivalent field.
• Licensed as a mental health clinician per state requirements (examples: LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, LPCMH, LPCC, LCPC).
• LMSW is not accepted across states.
• For NY ONLY, LCSW, LMHC-D and LMFT-D are accepted.
• CAMS certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• 4+ years of experience in the field or related area.
• Prior counseling experience in behavioral health treatment (depression, mood disorders, etc.).
• Experience in crisis management, abuse reporting, and cultural competence to meet diverse populations.
• Experience with patient referral management and knowledge of resources.
• Previous clinical experiences in integrated behavioral health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use a strengths-based approach to support patient well-being.
• Provide psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families.
• Help patients gain insight, set goals, and plan actions for personal and social development.
• Identify and diagnose psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues using assessments and records.
• Apply evidence-based interventions within scope of practice (CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, CAMS).
• Counsel patients on stress, substance use, and family issues to modify or improve behavior.
• Collaborate with patients on treatment goals and outcomes.
• Participate in clinical care team activities (consultation, case management, care coordination, referrals).
• Enter data into patient records to ensure accuracy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
