Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health field and Missouri licensure or provisional licensure.
• Experience in behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, safety planning, and referral coordination.
• Unrestricted licensure applicable to practice area and location.
• 18+ years old; valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive screenings, clinical assessments, and diagnostic evaluations to identify needs and recommend services.
• Connect individuals with mental health, substance use, and community-based programs that align with goals.
• Develop provisional diagnoses, treatment plans, and safety planning when appropriate.
• Provide brief therapeutic interventions, crisis support, and safety planning as needed.
• Document assessments and referrals accurately and within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to promote continuity of care and reduce barriers.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and quality improvement activities.
