Job summary

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking a dedicated Licensed Behavioral Consultant to provide community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families impacted by trauma. This in-person role requires travel across Pennsylvania and a commitment to strength-based, family-focused care in homes, schools, and community settings.

The position emphasizes assessment, treatment planning, and delivering therapy on-site with a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with a completed clinical practicum.
• Active Pennsylvania clinical license (LBS, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) required.
• Minimum one year of direct mental health service experience with children/adolescents.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical and behavioral assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family therapy aligned with treatment goals.
• Deliver services in home, school, and community environments.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in care.
