$36.50/hour + Excellent Benefits

Are you a passionate, master’s-level therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families? Join DTAC’s Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) team as a Behavioral Consultant / Mobile Therapist and help create lasting change—right where it matters most.

This is more than a traditional therapy role. You’ll meet children and families in their everyday environments—home, school, and community—bringing compassionate, hands-on support directly to them.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver child-centered, family-focused therapy in real-world settings
• Provide individual and family psychotherapy aligned with treatment goals
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community stakeholders to support progress
• Adapt and evolve treatment plans based on client needs and strengths
• Promote positive outcomes through a strength-based, team-oriented approach

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must meet one of the following:

• Licensed Psychologist, Professional Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist, or Clinical Social Worker
• OR
• Licensed Social Worker or Behavior Specialist with a graduate degree including a clinical practicum
• OR
• Master’s degree + 1 year of full-time experience providing mental health services to children
• OR
• Master’s degree with a clinical practicum and at least 9 credits in psychology, social work, counseling, education, or a related field
