Access Services is hiring a PA Licensed Behavior Specialist to develop treatment plans and documentation for clients in schools, homes, and communities. Salary is $78,000 with 30 billable hours weekly and uncapped incentive for hours exceeding 128 in a 4-week cycle.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or counseling field required.
• Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in PA prior to hire.
• One year of post-master’s experience preferred.
• Strong behavior analytic skills and ability to document clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individualized clinical documentation identifying target and replacement behaviors with intervention plans.
• Design and implement treatment plans to support behavior change and discharge planning.
• Lead the treatment team and ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and CASSP principles.
• Maintain 30 billable hours weekly and manage priorities effectively.
