Job summary

S.E.E.K. Arizona is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to serve clients across Arizona, providing high-quality ABA services for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in multiple settings.

The role requires exceptional clinical skills, adaptability, and a passion for improving quality of life through evidence-based interventions. The LBA will conduct assessments, develop plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with educators and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Proficiency in functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Design, implement, and modify treatment protocols based on client progress.
• Provide direct ABA therapy services across settings.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including educators, therapists, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews.
• Stay current with best practices and research in behavior analysis.
