Job summary

S.E.E.K. Arizona, LLC is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services across Arizona, including Tempe. The role involves conducting assessments, developing and supervising intervention plans, and guiding RBTs and staff.

Telehealth and in-person sessions are used to reach diverse clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. Ideal candidates hold an Arizona LBA license, BCBA certification, and a master’s degree or higher in relevant fields.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Current Arizona LBA license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Design, implement, and modify treatment protocols based on client progress and needs.
• Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients across various settings.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including educators, therapists, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records and treatment documentation.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews.
• Stay current with best practices and research in behavior analysis.

Position Summary:

The Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) will serve clients throughout Arizona. The Licensed Clinical Supervisor will provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities in multiple settings. This position requires exceptional clinical skills, adaptability, and a passion for improving clients' quality of life through evidence-based interventions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with diverse populations and age groups
• Knowledge of Arizona insurance requirements and billing procedures
• Experience providing services across multiple settings (home, school, community, telehealth)
• Experience supervising RBTs and BCaBAs
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
• Experience with crisis intervention and severe challenging behaviors

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Remote telehealth sessions and in-person sessions
• Flexible scheduling with some evening and weekend availability required
• Home-based office and access to office in Tempe, AZ

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to respond quickly to ensure client safety during behavioral episodes
• Ability to work on a computer for telehealth sessions and documentation purposes
