Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to develop and implement individualized behavior support plans for members with challenging behaviors. You will oversee plans, gather data, and collaborate with the care team to improve outcomes.

The role includes monthly training for staff and caregivers, caseload management, and tele-consultation as needed. A strong background in ABA and NC licensure is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or Psychology required.
• Active licensure with NC Behavior Analyst Licensure Board and background clearance.
• Experience with I/DD, autism, or TBI preferred; NC Innovations Waiver familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess progress and revise PBSPs to reduce target behaviors.

Job description

Covenant Case Management Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to provide specialized consultation services for members exhibiting challenging behaviors. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized behavior support plans to address these behaviors and improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Behavior Support Plans: Develop, implement, and oversee behavior plans, following Clinical Coverage Policy 8P
• Behavior Analysis: Observe clients to identify challenging behaviors, record and analyze data, and monitor the implementation of support plans
• Progress Assessment and Plan Revision: Assess member progress, make revisions to PBSPs as needed, and decrease target behaviors
• Training and Coaching: Provide monthly training sessions to members, staff, and caregivers on positive behavior techniques
• Case Management: Independently manage a caseload, participate in treatment plan meetings, and collaborate with the care team
• Tele-Consultation: Utilize tele-consultation services when necessary

Qualifications

• Education and Credentials: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology, full licensure with the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board, criminal background check clearance, not listed in the NC Health Care Abuse Registry, active NPI number, CAQH, and NCTracks profile, and professional liability insurance coverage of at least $1 million/$3 million
• Experience: Experience working with individuals with I/DD, autism, or TBI preferred but not required. Familiarity with the NC Innovations Waiver program is preferred
