Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• LBA in the state of NC is required/preferred.
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients in various settings, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Train and supervise staff in behavior intervention strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Stay current with research, trends and best practices in behavior analysis.
