Qualifications

• Must possess a current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetician License in the state.
• Active license must be displayed during working hours per state requirements.
• CVS Licensed Beauty Sales Consultants must perform all services offered in-store including ear-piercing.
• Must pass all required skills assessments and training courses to fully execute paid service options.

Responsibilities

• Seek out customers to ensure a world-class beauty advisor experience.
• Provide personalized sales service based on customer needs and upsell opportunities.
• Be the brand expert by answering questions with product knowledge to drive the sales basket.
• Educate customers on proper product usage and highlight features and benefits.
