Job summary

Sephora in Camarillo, CA is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor for a part-time role at the CA-Camarillo Premium store. You’ll guide clients on their beauty journey and perform services, while staying informed on trends and product knowledge.

Maintain licensure, uphold hygiene standards, and contribute to an inclusive, uplifting shopping experience. Weekend/evening shifts are expected, with growth opportunities within Sephora.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where the services are performed.
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services.
• Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
