Job summary

Sephora Hyde Park Village in Tampa, FL is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor on a part-time, hourly basis. You will perform makeup, waxing, and related beauty services, educate clients on trends, maintain licenses and hygiene, and promote an inclusive store culture. A valid state license and 1–3 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where services are performed.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail/hospitality/service environments.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by assisting and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform beauty services including makeup and waxing as per Sephora’s menu.
• Maintain licensure and hygiene standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork within the store.
• Uphold Sephora standards and a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
