Sephora Hyde Park Village in Tampa, FL is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients through their Beauty Studio journey. You will perform makeup, waxing, and other services, stay current on trends, and educate customers with product knowledge.

Ideal candidates hold a valid beauty license, have 1–3 years in a similar role, and demonstrate a service-driven, team-oriented mindset. This is a part-time role with scheduling flexibility to cover peak retail periods.

Qualifications

• An active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where services are performed.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards; health and safety protocols.
• Drive results by assisting with store goals, servicing clients, and rebooking beauty services.
