Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where services are performed.
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results: Help achieve store goals by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform beauty services: Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu; stay informed about trends to educate clients.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards: Keep licenses active and uphold health and safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork: Promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora standards: Follow company policies and create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
