Sephora USA, Inc is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor at our Millbury store to guide clients on their beauty journeys, perform services, and help shoppers feel confident and cared for.

You will stay informed on trends, maintain licensure and hygiene, and collaborate with a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting store goals. Part-time schedule with peak nights and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Active state license to provide waxing and makeup services.
• 1–3 years in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora's Beauty Services menu.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork.
• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience for all.
