Job summary

Sephora in Springfield, VA is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients at the Beauty Studio and beyond, delivering makeup, waxing, and other services from Sephora’s Beauty Services menu. You’ll educate clients, stay current on trends, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards while delivering personalized service. Flexible scheduling is available; part-time shifts and peak-hour availability are common in this retail role.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail/hospitality/service.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by meeting store goals and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu; stay informed about trends and product knowledge.
