Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false eyelash services in the state where performed.
• 1-3 years' experience in beauty retail, hospitality, or service environments.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment.
• Fast learner capable of absorbing and sharing product knowledge.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
• Perform beauty services: makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s menu.
• Maintain licensure and ensure hygiene and safety standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork within the store.
• Uphold Sephora standards and create a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
