Sephora Harrisburg is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients at the Beauty Studio. You’ll be a beauty expert, teaching, inspiring, and connecting with guests through service and product knowledge.

This role emphasizes inclusive service, teamwork, and flexibility, with shifts ranging from part-time to full-time options and availability during peak hours. Licensure for waxing and makeup is required, with a commitment to health and safety.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash services in the state where the services are performed.
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail/hospitality/service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Stay informed about beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
• Provide and rebook beauty services to help achieve store goals.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards and safety protocols.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork while upholding Sephora standards.
