Qualifications

• Active license to perform waxing, makeup, and false lash applications in the state
• 1-3 years of experience in beauty/retail/service
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships
• Team player with a collaborative, goal-oriented mindset
• Fast learner with ability to absorb product knowledge
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Drive results by meeting store goals through beauty services, rebooking clients, and product sales
• Perform beauty services including makeup and waxing; stay informed about trends and product knowledge
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards
