Job summary

Sephora NC-South Park store in Charlotte is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients through beauty services and product recommendations at the Beauty Studio and beyond. You’ll perform makeup, waxing, and other services from Sephora’s menu while keeping licenses current and maintaining high hygiene standards.

You’ll stay informed on beauty trends, educate clients, and help build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where services are performed.
• 1-3 years' experience in beauty retail or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by achieving store goals through beauty services, client engagement, and product sales.
• Provide makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
• Educate clients on trends and products to empower their choices.
